3. Prohibited Content and Activities

Generated Content: You own all AI-generated images created using our services. You may use them for any lawful purpose including commercial use, marketing, and distribution.

No additional fees or restrictions apply to your generated content.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Platform operates on both subscription and credit-based models with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal
• Credit packs are available for one-time purchases with no expiration
• New users receive free credits to start
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before billing date
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
